Customer Solutions Parts Specialist – Urgently Hiring!!
Location: South of the airport off of Sunset
Pay: $18/hr
Requirements: Successful completion of a 10-year extensive background check and a 4-panel urine drug test.
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, adaptability to change, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
The CS Parts Specialist II is responsible for providing world-class customer service by accurately answering inquiries, escalating technical issues, and processing hardware and software orders. This role ensures timely resolution of support cases via phone, web, and other channels while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process parts and software orders using the company’s ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Research, track, and forecast inventory levels to support operational needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve parts-related issues while meeting departmental SLAs.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and third-party providers to coordinate service and parts solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service tickets and order processing.
- Assist with documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
- Support new product readiness and field replaceable spare validation.
- Handle escalations professionally and work with management to resolve critical issues.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, CRM, and incident reporting software.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a gaming license.
