Schedule: Monday – Friday

• 4 days: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1 day: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced Enrollment Advisor / College Recruiter for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in college admissions, enrollment advising, recruiting, or sales. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process
• Conducting interviews and follow-up communications with applicants
• Building and maintaining strong candidate/student pipelines
• Meeting enrollment and placement goals
• Providing excellent customer service and support
• Maintaining accurate records and student information

Requirements:

• Previous enrollment advising, college recruiting, admissions, recruiting, or sales experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude with strong organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and attendance
