We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator/Records Clerk to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and assisting staff. Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications

Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)

File,store and retrieve documents
- Assist with data entry, reports, and document preparation
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with record audits and compliance requirements

Support management and staff with administrative needs

Maintain confidential employee and company records
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of clerical, data entry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
