Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN)

Schedule:
Flexible – 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Monday–Friday, no weekends

Overview:
Provide wound care assessment, treatment, and education for residents while supporting staff training and interdisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform wound assessments, care planning, and pain management

• Develop and implement skin care and wound prevention programs

• Educate nursing staff on wound, ostomy, and incontinence care

• Collaborate with healthcare team and maintain accurate documentation

• Stay current with best practices in wound care

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in Arizona

• CWOCN or CWCN certification

• DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Preferred: experience in skilled nursing/long-term care
