We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. No experience is required—training is provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate injection molding machines and related production equipment
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure product quality
• Perform trimming, clipping, deburring, assembly, and other secondary operations
• Package finished products and apply appropriate labels
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with shift handoffs and basic training when needed
• Participate in end-of-shift housekeeping tasks
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed
• Basic computer or smartphone skills for training and HR systems
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required
