Location: 27th Ave & Peoria – Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One day per week: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Overview:
Carrington College is seeking a Career Advisor to support students and graduates in achieving their career goals. This role focuses on career coaching, job placement assistance, and building relationships with local employers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide career guidance, resume support, and interview preparation

• Assist students and graduates with job search strategies and employment opportunities

• Build and maintain relationships with local employers and hiring partners

• Track job placement outcomes and maintain accurate records

• Support career workshops and professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in career services, workforce development, recruiting, or advising is a plus

• Organized, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
