We are Now Hiring Order Pullers for a Warehouse located in Kilgore, TX.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Hourly Pay: $16.70

Facility: Air Conditioned

Must be able to pass a nation wide background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently pull and fill orders according to customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Utilize provided picking lists to accurately select products from inventory.
  • Organize and package selected items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals..
  • Report any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
  • Follow established procedures for quality control and accuracy in order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of recent  warehouse experience is essential for success in this role.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable with physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • No history of felony convictions to meet our hiring criteria.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
