Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sun Shade Assembler to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling sun shade products, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and committed to producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble sun shades and related components according to work instructions and production standards
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to assemble parts and materials
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Report any defects, issues, or material shortages to supervisors
• Assist with packaging and labeling of finished sun shades when needed
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth production operations

Requirements

• Previous assembly or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs
• Good attendance and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced production setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Experience in assembly or light industrial work
• Basic mechanical skills
