Job Title: General Labor - Production Worker
Location: Phoenix, AZ 
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17-$18 per hour
Shifts Available: Monday - Friday

Job Summary:
We are currently hiring motivated and reliable individuals to join our production team as General Laborers. This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment. No prior experience required – we will train the right candidates!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in production and packaging of products

• Load/unload materials from machines or conveyors

• Operate basic tools or equipment (after training)

• Maintain clean and safe work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards

• Perform visual inspections for quality assurance

• Report any equipment or product issues to supervisor

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75lbs

• Willingness to work in various environments (HOT) has Swamp coolers

• Dependable and punctual

• Team player with good communication skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
