Pay Rate: $58–$61 per hour
Schedule: PRN (as needed) – 12-hour shifts

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support residents in a professional care setting in Yuma, AZ. This role is ideal for someone experienced in long-term care or skilled nursing who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians
• Conduct patient assessments, including admission and ongoing evaluations
• Develop and assist with care plans and MDS documentation
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff
• Provide support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation
• Participate in shift reports, staff training, and team collaboration

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona (required)
• Strong knowledge of geriatric/long-term care nursing practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
