Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, you will act as the Design Lead on all projects and oversee the creative process throughout the SDLC.
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Software Development Manager to understand system, functional, and UI/UX requirements.
- Mentor and Manage a team of 3 experienced developers who are currently remotely located.
- Maintain in-depth expertise in Web Design and Software Development.
Ideal Candidate will have...
- Development experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Dev Express, LINQ / EF, HTML5, Fabric, WCF
- Angular or React experience is a plus.
- 7+ years of Software Development experience with 2+ years in a Leadership Role.
- Solid understanding of relational databases in general and Microsoft SQL Server in particular.
- Ability to understand code created by others, deal with legacy issues, maintain and enhance existing components.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
