Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team in Carrollton, TX. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of products, inventory, parts, or vehicles in accordance with established logistics policies and procedures. You will be responsible for supporting the supply chain by coordinating shipments, maintaining communication with key stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze client needs to determine the best logistical approach.

• Coordinate the full shipment process—from acquisition to final delivery.

• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, vendors, warehouses, and transportation providers.

• Input and track logistical data in internal systems.

• Collaborate with the Order Desk to ensure all orders are shipped accurately and on time.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with QuickBooks or inventory management systems is a plus.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• General Warehouse operations (1–3 years)
• General Office support (3–5 years)
• Logistics coordination (1–3 years)
