Enrollment Services Representative

 $24–$26 per hour

We are seeking a motivated Enrollment Services Representative to support prospective students through the enrollment process. This is a fast-paced, goal-driven role focused on outreach, interviews, and student support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with prospective students
• Schedule and complete student interviews
• Provide accurate information on programs and enrollment steps
• Follow up with students through the enrollment process
• Maintain detailed records in the system
• Partner with internal teams to support student success

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Associates Degree preferred
