Position: Mental Health Monitor / Sitter (MHM/S)
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (Minimum 13-week commitment)
Openings: Day / Night Shifts 

Overview
We are looking for attentive, compassionate individuals to join our team as Mental Health Monitors/Sitters (MHM/S). In this critical role, you will provide continuous observation—either in-person or via video surveillance—to ensure patient safety and well-being. This is a great opportunity for those with healthcare support experience to make a meaningful impact in a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously observe patients in person or through video monitoring systems.

• Immediately report changes in patient behavior or any safety concerns.

• Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain a secure, supportive, and calm environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum of six (6) months experience in a clerical or support role within a medical setting.

• Prior experience with patient monitoring or observation systems preferred.

Commitment

• Must be available to work three 12-hour shifts per week.

• Minimum 13-week commitment required.
