Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm $18-$20 per hour

Essential Job Duties:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer specifications.
• Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and managing customer accounts.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers and the sales team. 
• Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and address further inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Prepare and present regular reports.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1-2 years of  experience in customer service/ or sales support role
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
