URGENT NEED – SPED Instructional Assistant
Mon–Fri | 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
$22/hr | Weekly Pay

Duties:

• Assist Teacher with instruction, behavior support, and IEP goals.

• Tutor students individually/in groups (academics, social skills, daily living).

• Monitor safe use of equipment and maintain student records.

• Support students with lifting, mobility, toileting, feeding, and hygiene.

• Transport students when needed.

• Attend required trainings/workshops.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Instructional methods, behavior management, program policies.

• Time management, organization, performance monitoring.

• Augmentative communication and basic computer/office equipment.

Abilities:

• Communicate clearly, multitask, and work independently.

• Operate AT/office equipment and perform physical tasks (reach, bend, lift).
