We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Career Advisor with a strong background in loan collections, client engagement, and goal-oriented performance. The ideal candidate leverages experience in high-volume financial environments to coach individuals toward success, manage sensitive conversations with empathy, and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and guide clients through structured plans to achieve financial and career-related goals

• Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills developed in loan collections to influence positive outcomes

• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients, ensuring accountability and progress toward established targets

• Analyze client data and performance metrics to tailor guidance and improve success rates

• Handle confidential information with professionalism, accuracy, and compliance

• Build trust-based relationships while navigating difficult or high-stress conversations

• Collaborate with internal teams to align client strategies with organizational objectives

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in loan collections, financial services, or customer account management

• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals in a metrics-driven environment

• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and motivational skills

• Ability to manage objections, resolve issues, and guide individuals toward actionable solutions

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and data management skills
