PM Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Now Hiring

We are urgently hiring dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians for our AM shift. Join our team and help provide compassionate care and support to clients in a structured and therapeutic environment.

Shift Available

• Overnight - 7p-7a, 10:30p-8:30a, and 11p-7a

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to clients throughout daily activities
• Monitor client behaviors, participation, and overall well-being
• Accurately document observations and incidents
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• TB Test
• Current BLS & First Aid Certification
• Behavioral health or caregiving experience preferred
