We are currently hiring an Account Executive for our Las Vegas office.

This role consists of: 

• Consulting with clients to understand organizational recruitment strategy
• Agreeing on a recruitment mandate with the internal recruiters 
• Searching for and approaching suitable candidates
• Posting job ads to attract applicants
• Managing the interview, assessment, and shortlisting process
• Screening resumes and conducting interviews
• Developing and maintaining relationships with professionals
• Attending job fairs and other events to recruit professionals
• Creating and posting job descriptions and advertisements
