Warehouse Lead

• Daily Warehouse & Delivery Operations
  • Supervise and coordinate all warehouse and delivery activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and deliveries to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Staff Supervision & Performance
  • Lead daily work assignments, monitor employee performance, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure accountability for attendance, productivity, and accuracy.
• May include Delivery Department Coordination
  • Schedule and oversee daily deliveries, ensuring vehicles are loaded correctly, routes are followed efficiently, and drivers represent the company professionally at all times. Verify delivery paperwork, resolve delivery issues, and ensure DOT and safety compliance.
• Inventory Accuracy
  • Support cycle counts, reconciliation, and proper inventory handling to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Safety & Compliance
  • Promote and enforce company safety programs, policies, and OSHA/DOT standards. Ensure all team members are trained and follow safe work practices both in the warehouse and during deliveries.
• Warehouse Standards (5S)
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to 5S and housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Training & Development
  • Assist in training new and existing warehouse and delivery team members on processes, equipment operation, safety, and productivity standards.
• Customer Focus
  • Ensure all orders and deliveries are completed accurately, on schedule, and with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Process Improvement
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve warehouse and delivery workflows, accuracy, and overall efficiency.
• Employee Development & Succession Support

Assist in training staff for expanded responsibilities and building bench strength for future warehouse leadership needs
