Position Summary:
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Night Nurses (LPNs or RNs) to provide high-quality care to our residents during overnight hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced nurses and new graduates ready to start their nursing careers in a supportive environment.
As a Night Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining safety, administering medications, supervising staff, and ensuring our residents receive the care and attention they deserve while the facility is at rest.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols

Monitor and assess resident conditions; update care plans as needed

Document care and report significant changes to the interdisciplinary team

Prepare and file incident, infection control, and assessment reports
-
Supervise and support nursing assistants to maintain quality care standards

Provide conflict resolution and assist with staff training when necessary

Advocate for resident rights, preferences, and care goals
-
Ensure adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards

Participate in quality assurance/performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives

Perform other nursing duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Current Arizona RN or LPN license
