Schedule: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Days Off: Sunday/Monday or Tuesday/Wednesday

Pay Rate:

• LPN: $25 – $27/hour

• RN: $35 – $37/hour

Position Summary:

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Night Nurses (LPNs or RNs) to provide high-quality care to our residents during overnight hours. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced nurses and new graduates ready to start their nursing careers in a supportive environment.

As a Night Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining safety, administering medications, supervising staff, and ensuring our residents receive the care and attention they deserve while the facility is at rest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols

• Monitor and assess resident conditions; update care plans as needed

• Document care and report significant changes to the interdisciplinary team

• Prepare and file incident, infection control, and assessment reports

• Supervise and support nursing assistants to maintain quality care standards

• Provide conflict resolution and assist with staff training when necessary

• Advocate for resident rights, preferences, and care goals

• Ensure adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards

• Participate in quality assurance/performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives

• Perform other nursing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current Arizona RN or LPN license

• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
