Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Front Desk) to support a small, family-owned medical office. This position will be responsible for front desk operations, patient scheduling, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong computer and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
