Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a temp-to-hire production role in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for those with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill, seal, label, and package containers to fulfill customer orders (Liquid)

• Weigh and prepare product batches accurately

• Perform data entry and maintain organized production records

• Ensure quality standards through attention to detail and basic math skills

• Lift and move materials weighing 50–70 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs with team support

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE daily (steel-toe shoes, long pants, gloves, respirator)

Qualifications:

• Longevity in previous positions and a solid attendance record

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Self-directed with effective problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with hazardous materials in temperatures between 60–80°F

• Must be able to wear a respirator

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Must be able to wear steel-toe shoes and long pants daily
