Quality Assurance Nurse (RN or LPN)

Schedule:
Flexible hours – 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Monday–Friday, occasional weekends

Overview:
Seeking an RN or LPN to serve as a Quality Assurance Nurse supporting QA, Staff Education, and Infection Prevention. This role ensures regulatory compliance, promotes quality improvement, and enhances resident care through training, audits, and infection control oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Implement QA policies, conduct audits, and monitor compliance

• Review CASPER reports and develop QAPI improvement plans

• Coordinate survey readiness and corrective action plans

• Lead QA and Infection Control Committee meetings

• Oversee infection prevention and tracking per CMS/CDC guidelines

• Develop and deliver staff education and competency programs

Qualifications:

• Active AZ RN or LPN license

• DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Infection Preventionist Certification

• Valid AZ Driver’s License (travel required)
