Position Summary:
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a key role in supporting patients with behavioral, emotional, or mental health challenges. This role involves working closely with licensed clinicians to provide direct care, monitor patient progress, and create a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and supervision to clients in residential or outpatient settings.

• Assist with daily living activities, group activities, and therapeutic interventions.

• Monitor, document, and report changes in patient behavior and progress.

• Support treatment plans developed by licensed clinicians.

• Ensure a safe, structured, and compassionate environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or caregiving preferred but not always required.

• CPR/First Aid certification 

• Fingerprint clearance card 

• Tuberculosis Screen

• Updated Resume
