A warehouse in Irving, TX is in need of a Computer Repair Technician

Shift: Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pm 

Rate of pay: $18-$19 per hour depending on experience

Job Duties:

• Inspect and test lease-end returned computers to identify and troubleshoot the problems.
• Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions and perform the maintenance of computers.
• Use testing devices and follow the factory manuals to locate malfunctions in computers.
• Assess computer hardware malfunctions to determine the cause of error and apply appropriate actions to correct problems and repair computers in order to maintain operations.
• Performance all technical functions following the factory technical manuals, such as installing, maintaining and repairing/replacing electronic components of computers.
• Modify and upgrade computers and provide support for both software and hardware.
• Monitor performance of equipment and make necessary adjustments to assure quality performance
• Complete work orders in our T&A system.

• High School Diploma
• A+ certificate is preferred
• Must have previous hands on experience with Tier 1 computer hardware components and repair
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
