Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Flagstaff Az 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
No weekends | No overtime | 40 hrs/week
Pay 57.00 hour and Weekly Pay 

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, or swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll create individualized care plans, provide therapy per physician orders, and work closely with a supportive rehab and nursing team.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients per plan of care

• Develop and update treatment goals

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Active Arizona SLP license

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
