Director of Finance - CPA Required - Manufacturing or CPG Background - 150-160K

Confidential Company in search of a Director of Finance to oversee financial operations, and provide strategic financial guidance and lead the finance team. We are looking for a CPA that has a strong background in manufacturing or consumer packaged goods. The DOF will work out of the local Corporate Headquarter office and is a fully on-site position.

Compensation: 150-160K

Responsibilities:

• Direct the financial management program including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, internal auditing, taxes, property administration, financing, and cash management.
• Direct the preparation of the Company’s annual operating plan.
• Develop and maintain financial controls at all remote manufacturing facilities.
• Manage the Finance and Accounting Departments through subordinate managers, including staffing, training, performance evaluations and discipline.
• Direct the preparation and authorize the release of financial data to the BOD, lending institutions and other appropriate entities.
• Develop & conduct internal audits.
• Establish and maintain sound relationships with outside financial institutions.
• Direct cash management and treasury functions for Company and all subsidiaries.
• Provide all levels of management with operational and financial data as needed.

Qualifications:

• CPA Required
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business Managment
• MBA Preferred
• 7-10 years of related experience
• 3-5 years supervisory or management experience
• Senior Financial Leadership experience in Manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods
• Experience with Corporate Income Tax, Managing Treasury Functions, and Banking Relationships
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access are required.
