We're Hiring: Sales Support Specialist – Farmers Branch, TX

We’re currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Farmers Branch, Texas. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales team by managing customer accounts and providing administrative and front office support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist assigned sales representatives with daily updates and account status

• Maintain and manage customer accounts – including setup, pricing adjustments, and margin tracking

• Resolve order-related issues, review transaction history, and assist with online order management

• Enter customer and sales team orders via phone, email, or fax

• Process sample requests and return orders

• Create and manage online customer profiles

• Set up CPM (Cost Per Month) and rebate contracts

• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to promote customer satisfaction and retention

• Deliver accurate product information to customers and stay informed on product offerings

• Support inside sales initiatives as needed

• Participate in product training and conduct relevant product research

• Identify issues and implement solutions independently

• Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction

• Take on additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal (bilingual a plus)

• Passion for customer service and support

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
