AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Fort Worth, TX. If you have hands-on CNC machining experience, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to production specifications.
• Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality production.
• Perform routine quality inspections using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Make machine adjustments and tool offsets as needed to maintain product specifications.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production and quality goals while working efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of CNC machine operating experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required.
