Equipment Associate

Location: Dallas, TX
Pay Rate: $16.00–$17.00 per hour

Job Description

AtWork Personnel is seeking a dependable Equipment Associate to assist with daily equipment rental operations. This position involves preparing, cleaning, moving, and organizing equipment to ensure it is ready for customer pickup and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare rental equipment for customer pickup and delivery.

• Inspect equipment for cleanliness, damage, and proper working condition.

• Clean and maintain equipment.

• Assist with loading and unloading equipment.

• Move equipment throughout the yard and keep the work area organized.

• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs.

• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

• Previous equipment, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is a plus.
