NOW HIRING – CNC Machinists & CNC Programmers

A manufacturing facility in Kilgore, TX is seeking experienced CNC Machinists and CNC Programmers to join their team.

Location:
Kilgore, TX

Pay:

• CNC Machinist: $20.00 - $24.00/hour
• CNC Programmer: $29.00 - $32.00/hour

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 2-3 Saturdays per month
• Sundays always off
• Overtime available (some required, some optional)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to fabricate parts from raw materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
• Set up and operate multiple CNC machines efficiently
• Work with FANUC CNC systems (HAAS experience is a plus)
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment
• Troubleshoot production issues with engineers and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• CNC/Lathe experience is required
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong communication skills (email, phone, and in person)
• Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and drug screening
