Therapist – Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Location: Outpatient clinic (some community-based activities)
Schedule: Full-time, group sessions 2–3 hours, 5 days/week

Overview:
Provide individual and group therapy to members with behavioral health needs, including substance use, PTSD, post-incarceration syndrome, and co-occurring disorders. Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement recovery-focused treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Master’s in behavioral health field

• Associate License: LAC, LMSW, LAAC (or pending within 6 months)

• Minimum 2 years behavioral health experience

• CPR/FA and crisis de-escalation certification

• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills

• Valid AZ driver’s license may be required

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions

• Develop and update treatment/recovery plans

• Monitor member progress and ensure safety

• Maintain timely documentation and participate in clinical supervision
