Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Weekends: Rotating weekends required

Job Description

We are urgently hiring an experienced Cafe Cook to prepare and serve quality meals in a fast-paced cafe environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and recipes

• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and serving

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and food service area

• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely

• Monitor food quality and freshness

• Assist with stocking and maintaining inventory

• Clean dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment as needed

• Provide friendly and professional service to customers

Requirements

• Recent cafe, restaurant, institutional, or commercial cooking experience required

• Knowledge of food preparation and safe food-handling practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Ability to work Monday–Friday and rotating weekends
