Now Hiring CNAs – Day & Night Shifts
Location: ASVH-Flagstaff
Pay: $29–$30/hr
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6AM–6:30PM / 6PM–6:30AM)
Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | Every other weekend required

Active AZ CNA License

Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance

CPR/BLS Card
-
2-Step TB Test
-
Hep B & COVID-19 vaccine or declination forms
Job Duties Include:

Assist veterans with daily care (bathing, dressing, eating, etc.)

Monitor vitals & collect samples
-
Support mobility & procedures
-
Maintain documentation & clean environments

Participate in quality improvement initiatives
