Financial Controller - Las Vegas Casino Resort - 125K/Bonus/Benefits

Las Vegas Casino Resort looking for a Financial Controller who will be responsible for directing and controlling all internal business activities for the properties Financial Accounting team, overseeing payroll, GL accounting, A/P & A/R. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years related experience; an Accounting or Finance Degree, an MBA, and hold a CPA or CMA designation.

Major Duties:

• Oversight of financial reporting to regulatory agencies
• Month-end close
• Monthly financial statements and reports
• Cash Flow
• Cash management
• Treasury functions.
• Hiring, training, work allocation, scheduling, and management (Accounting, A/P, Payroll) performance evaluations
• Internal controls, audit, MICS, ICS
• Systems and process improvements

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA/CMA or MBA Preferred
• Infinium Preferred / Advanced Excel
• Experience working with Regulatory Agencies
• Internal, External Audits
• Financial Statements and Reporting
• Minimum 3 years Supervisory Experience
• Resort / Casino Experience
