We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to support our plastic injection molding operations. This position is responsible for machine setup, mold changeovers, process adjustments, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient production and quality output.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection molding machines
• Perform mold changes and equipment adjustments
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues
• Monitor production quality and efficiency
• Perform basic preventive maintenance
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous plastic injection molding experience required
• Knowledge of machine setup, mold changes, and process optimization
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
