Epidemiologist – Hybrid (Arizona Residents Only)
Pay: $31–$33 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid (Primarily remote)

We are seeking an Epidemiologist to support public health programs focused on disease surveillance, data analysis, and prevention efforts. This role is mostly remote, with occasional in-office meetings (1–2 times per month) and possible travel for conferences or work in other counties. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze public health and outbreak data

• Assist with disease surveillance and epidemiologic investigations

• Perform data analysis and create reports using charts, graphs, and other visual tools

• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

• Support public health programs by identifying trends and recommending solutions

Requirements

• Must reside in Arizona

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or a science-related field with up to 2 years of data analysis experience OR

• Master’s degree in Public Health or a related science field

• Knowledge of epidemiology principles and data analysis

Work Environment

• Hybrid position – primarily work from home must reside in Arizona

• Occasional in-office meetings and travel (mileage reimbursed)
