- Record all incoming bills in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payables’ data.
- Post vendor credit memos to resolve returns, claim disputes, or over-charges.
- Verify discrepancies on accounts and resolve vendor billing issues.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by responding to bill reminders and contacting vendors.
- Check vendor accounts for proper sales tax charges billed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Must have at least 5+ years of related experience
- Must have experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
