Behavioral Health Therapist (IOP)
Phoenix | Peoria | Deer Valley, AZ

Join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team supporting adults with substance use, PTSD, re-entry challenges, and co-occurring conditions through individual and group therapy.

Pay:

• Master’s/Associate (no license): $28–$29/hr

• Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LISAC): $30–$31/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate IOP groups (2–3 hrs/day, 5 days/week)

• Provide individual therapy & treatment plans

• Document sessions within 24 hours

• Use evidence-based practices (CBT, MI, REBT, etc.)

Requirements:

• Master’s or Associate degree in Behavioral Health

• Independent license for higher tier

• 2+ yrs experience preferred

• CPR/First Aid & Crisis De-escalation

• Must be 21+ with background, TB & drug/alcohol clearance
