We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to be a member of the senior management team, for all human resource efforts for our Las Vegas office and travel to our California HQ periodically.
This role requires a hands-on, strategic thinker who can develop and execute HR initiatives while managing day-to-day HR operations. The HR Manager will be instrumental in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent, building a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations and handling all OSHA regulations and training employees on this.
Work Location: On site in Henderson, NV and will travel to the HQ office in San Diego, CA periodically. Should know NV and CA HR Laws
Salary: $75,000-$85,000 annually. This position is a full-time, fully benefited work opportunity!

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Engagement-Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on HR-related issues.
- Addressing employee concerns promptly and ensuring conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Experience in the Nevada and California Laws.
