Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter with experience supporting payroll, warehouse operations, and HR functions. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while also assisting with payroll coordination and general HR duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, payroll, and operational roles
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation
• Support payroll processing by verifying timecards, attendance, and hours worked
• Maintain employee records and HR files in compliance with company standards
• Communicate with supervisors regarding staffing needs and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Assist HR team with day-to-day administrative and employee relations tasks

Qualifications:

• Prior recruiting or HR experience required (warehouse or light industrial preferred)
• Payroll support or timekeeping experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with basic computer systems and HR software
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
