We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding metal components using a variety of techniques. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work with different materials in various environments are essential. The Welder will collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, safe, and accurate welded structures and components.

Pay: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour
Shift: Day shift
Location: Arlington, TX

Responsibilities:

• Weld metal parts using TIG, MIG, or other welding processes, ensuring compliance with specifications and blueprints.
• Inspect welded components for quality and integrity.
• Measure and cut metal pieces as required for specific projects.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, adjusting settings for different materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair welds as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Welder (3 – 5 years).
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in TIG and MIG welding techniques.
• Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and work in challenging environments.

Work Environment:

• Will work in various environments, including outdoors, workshops, or factories.
• Some lifting, standing, and bending required.
