Accounting Manager - 100-115K /Fixed Assets/Retail Construction Experience - Owner Builds

Las Vegas Company with deep roots in the community and additional locations in AZ, CA, Utah, and New Mexico, is in search of an Accounting Manager. We are looking for someone passionate about promoting a culture of excellence and driving continuous improvement. We are looking for a strategic thinker and a dynamic leader - one who thrives on mentoring and developing teams and is interested in the ability to significantly contribute to shaping the financial integrity of the organization as they continue to expand.

Ideally, we are looking for experience working in a shared services environment; exceptional technical accounting skills (end-to-end), and 2-5 year's fixed asset experience, inclusive of construction, banking & loans, debt, roll forwards, work-in-progress, etc.

Overall Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee End-to-End Accounting Operations, managing all accounting functions within the shared services environment.
• Mentor, guide, and motivate a team of accounting professionals, cultivating a high-performance culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Optimize and Enhance Processes.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis.
• Regulatory and Policy Compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA or relevant certification preferred.
• 3 - 5 years' experience as an Accounting Manager (or similar role) within a shared services environment.
• Strong leadership and process improvement skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a keen attention to detail, are required to identify challenges, analyze data trends, and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools is necessary, along with the ability to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency.
