Description

As a Lease Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our lease agreements and related documentation. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and optimizing lease processes to maximize operational efficiency.

Hourly Rate: $19.00-$19.50/Hour
Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday 
Hybrid: Work From Home Monday & Friday. In Office: Tuesday-Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized database of lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
  • Review lease documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Update lease records with relevant information such as lease terms, rental payments, and key dates.
  • Monitor lease agreements to ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to address any lease-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of lease-related reports and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Track lease expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal or termination processes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with property managers and landlords to negotiate lease renewals, extensions, or terminations.
  • Coordinate the execution of lease documents and ensure all parties are informed of lease status changes.
  • Assist in the review and processing of rental payments, escalations, and other financial obligations outlined in lease agreements.
  • Work closely with accounting and finance teams to reconcile lease-related expenses and resolve discrepancies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for lease-related inquiries from internal departments, landlords, and tenants.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between stakeholders to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure smooth lease operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in lease administration, property management, or real estate administration preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with lease management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
