Come and join our team! A medical facility located in Tyler, TX is seeking to hire a Kitchen Manager 

Shift:

• Monday - Friday + every other weekend 12:30pm-9pm

Rate of pay:

• DOE $18-$19 per hour

Essential Job Duties:

• Oversee daily dining daily operations, including meal preparations, staff scheduling
• Evaluates kitchen staff, including cooks and food service
• Monitors compliance with health codes, maintains cleanliness, and completes safety logs
• Tracks inventory levels, initiates purchase orders for food/supplies, and manages food costs.
• Assist in other kitchen operations as needed

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• ServSafe Certification
• Prior related experience required, preferably in a medical setting
• Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• High School Diploma 
• Must be able to pass a nationwide background and a drug screening test
