Physical Therapist (PT) – Flagstaff, AZ
Pay: $80–$90/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM | No weekends or overtime

We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and provide therapy services that improve residents’ strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams in a supportive environment. When daily work is complete, you may leave early.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

• Active Arizona PT License

• 2nd Step TB Test or QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test

• 1+ year experience preferred (acute care, LTC, or rehab)

• Entry-level candidates welcome
