Schedule: M-F 8.m.-5p.m.
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to help drive financial accuracy and vendor satisfaction. We're looking for a detail oriented and organized professional who is passionate about numbers and knows how to keep payments running smoothly.
What You'll Do
*Process and verify vendor invoices
*Maintain accurate records of payables and credit memos
*Resolve Billing discrepancies and manage vendor communications
*Ensure compliance with company polices and deadlines
* Support tax reporting
*Collaborate with internal teams and support audits
What You Bring
*Associate Degree or 1+ year of relevant A/P experience
*Proficiency in QuickBooks & Microsoft Office Suite
*Excellent communication and problem solving skills
*Strong attention to detail and time management
