• Salary:  $15.00/ hour
• Location:  Near 89108 - must have own reliable transportation. (Ideal candidate will live within a 10-15 min commute)  
• Position Type:  FULL-TIME
• Schedule:  Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM

POSITION SUMMARY:

As our office’s patient-facing professional, this is a key role in representing our practice within the community.

Must be Bilingual Spanish speaking and able to START WEDNESDAY APRIL 23.

• Greeting guest professionally both in person and on the phone
• Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
• Helping clients book appointments
• Scheduling service times
• Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
• Notifying staff of guest arrivals
• Managing medical records
• Handling confidential documentation and updating patient records
• Verifying financial records and collecting fees
• Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
• Bilingual Spanish
