Peer Coach
Locations: Phoenix, Peoria & Deer Valley, AZ

We’re hiring a Peer Coach to support individuals in recovery by sharing lived experience, promoting independence, and guiding members toward successful community re-entry.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one peer support & group activities

• Assist with daily living, recovery goals, and relapse prevention

• Encourage job readiness, social skills & community connections

• Collaborate with treatment team & document progress

• Provide transportation and support activities as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• HS diploma/GED (behavioral health education/experience preferred)

• Certified Peer Recovery & Support Specialist (preferred)

• CPR/First Aid & Crisis De-escalation certs (required)

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills

• Must be 21+ with background, TB, drug/alcohol, and MVR clearance

Work Setting: Outpatient clinical environment with some community-based activities.
